Customer Portal: Products Tab

Summary

The Products tab allows the customer to view the record of product usage.

Accessing the History Tab in the Customer Portal

To access the customer's service History in the Customer Portal, go to:

FieldPortal website > Products Tab.

Filtering the Products Usage History

To filter the Product Usage Report, click on the equipment.

• Date: Sort results by the date of the appointment.
• Structures: Sort results by the structures where the products were used.  
• Chemicals: Sort results by the chemicals used.  

Select Refresh when finished filtering the report.

Viewing Data Columns on the Products Usage History Report

Selecting View Details on the Responsible Balance will open the Billing Tab.

• Product: Shows the Brand Name or common name of the product.
• EPA #: Shows the EPA number, which can be found on the product label.
• Diluted Amt
• Dilution
• Active%: This can either be the percentage of active ingredient or the dilution of active ingredient.
• Target Issues: The issues for which the product was used.
• Target Areas: The areas where the product was used. 
• Date Applied: The date the product was used.

Exporting the Products Usage History Report

To export the Products Usage History Report as PDF, select Export to PDF.
